I had been worked with this company for renovations and besides them never being there and then when they are they would run out to handle someone elses business...it was awful. The lack of professionalism amazed us. No phone calls to say they weren't coming or the would be late...they didn't show for days on end and this happend several times. Look elsewhere.

I will keep this simple, I had a nightmare with this couple's business.
They say quality has a price, but in here it also involved stress and dealing with 2 machine- brain people.

I find them puzzling. They do demand immediate payment in full, which is not entirely unreasonable; however, they will start and complete a high-cost job without a contract. When they don't get immediate payment in full, they then file a mechanics lien and threaten immediate foreclosure if immediate payment isn't made. Then one has to talk them into a contract, which may or may not be agreed to by both the husband and wife who "run" the business, so you think you have the matter settled one day and then get a call the next saying that the wife has been overruled by the husband and the lien/foreclosure threat is still in effect. So then you have to talk to the husband and talk him off the ledge and into the contract. It seems they are doing big city work with a very small town mentality.
