Postmortem of what happen to my favorite shirt!!

I go to City Wide cleaners (1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids) every couple months with 12-15 shirts and for some mysterious reasons I always come back with one or two less. I always thought, there is nothing superstitious if one or two shirts disappear once in a while. Anyway, I never noticed this till recently. I had a black Calvin Klein shirt and I bought another one and dropped both of them off. When I picked my shirts up, I only had one black Calvin Klein.

Make sure you get a receipt and count of how many clothes that you are dropping off. They do not like to give receipts when you drop clothes off. I wonder why!! Laziness or good side business?

Also customer service is terrible. There is a lady works there sometimes (little funny looking). Anyway, I do not think she likes people (I mean ANY people, especially if you are a customer). Every time I go there, she is on the phone, almost whispering, does not sound like business talk. When I suggested her that she should count the shirts, she said her time is too precious!!
