    Rural American Chinese food in not very Chinese. It's been modified to fit food availabilities in that area. For that reason I hardly ever eat Chinese food outside the large cities. I found this restaurant very GOOD. Reasonable prices and great taste. I had the opportunity to go in the kitchen and found it very clean. Although Chinese buffets have taken over many small towns, if you have a sense of exploration give this excellent restaurant a try. Don't look for a buffet, they don't have one.
