User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe had six month pictures taken of my grandson, in October of 2008....we called several times and NOBODY retured our phone calls....I paid for the pitures when they were taken.....It's now Jan 2009 and still no phone call....I called and said just mail them to me, I still have not recieved them...Everytime I stop by the door is locked but they say they are open.....I would not suggest using William Luse if you want to have your pictures back when your baby is 10 years old .....VERY UNPRFESSIONAL!!!I guess the little peiple are NOT as important as everyone eles in his eyes...I would suggest Liefermanns in Clinton or even Wal Mart before him!!!
