I had a similar experience as Bob did, however instead of emailing, I called the store. I had my living furniture within the week. I saw this set in a reputable furniture store in town and paid $600 less. The furniture was delivered from the factory.

I would agree the prices are good and they have a nice selection, but I will not purchase from them again. They didn't have my couch in stock so they ordered it saying it would be delivered in 3-4 weeks, "but usually comes earlier". It is approaching 5 weeks and I have still not received my couch set, I'm sitting in an empty condo. I tried to work something out with them and they do not respond to my e-mails. Pay a little bit more and go to a bigger name store.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I went in thinking the furniture would be junky and came out with a new couch. They have the same new furniture as other stores but with prices taht are incomparable. Check it out!
