User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTelephone service stinks: This particular store never answer the phone at all. I tried for five days (just off and on throughout the day) to get through when I was looking for a particular item and I never got an answer once. I finally drove to the store in hopes that they had it and of course they were sold out. Could've saved a trip if they had only answered the phone !!!!!!

don't bother calling: I was trying for 2 days to get through to check on the availability of an item...no one every answered and there was no voice mail or announcement...don't bother calling this store.

How ironic...I just tried calling their store, also to check on an item, and their phone simply rang and rang and rang. Definitely seems like a trend!
Same thing happened to me. What a bummer. I don't want to drive all the way out there if they don't have the toy I'm looking for!
