I commend someone that stands up for the rights of the people, especially since he offers two exact menus in two different buildings to appease everyone's preference, and delivery. I believe that everyone rights. Why is it that the state dictates how a business is going to be run, and what you can do in your own establishment. I believe that the government is playing both sides of this issue and the people are caught in the middle. This restaurant has excellent food at a reasonable price, and I will continue to eat here.

A couple invited my wife and I to accompany them for a Sunday lunch after church. We had never been there so we went along. My wife is very sensitive to smoke and the place smelled like it. The food was mediocre at best and definitely over-priced for at least what we received. The service was very good even given the Sunday crowd.

Otis Campbell's is a great place for dining! They're menu selection is vast and everything that I've had to eat ... has been fantastic. For those who wish to be seated in a non-smoking section of the establishment, there is a quaint restuarant RIGHT NEXT door ENTIRELY DEVOTED TO NON-SMOKING and serve the same EXACT food as Otis Campbell's.

Whiney patrons can be as annoying as whiney, screaming children.
