I'll say it right off; "The artists at Steel Appeal are as talented as I've seen in any shop. This is the place you want to get your tattoo". That's it. That's all there is to it. I met Kim from Steel Appeal at the Davenport bike rally. I looked at photos of her work and knew that I had found the artist I had been looking for. I wanted a wolf portrait on my right shoulder blade. Not a "good drawing" of a wolf ... it was a photograph quality realistic portrait I wanted. So at 62 years old I got my first ink. For 25 years I had been looking for an artist with the skill to put that "look of life" in the eyes of the wolf and Kim certainly did that. Not only does her skill create an amazing tattoo, her personality and cheerful "...as I tattoo you" manner made the whole experience a real pleasure. Everything was THE BEST and the stuff fond memories are made of. I've visited tattoo shops literally all over the world and the work - and the people - of Steel Appeal are right there at the top. If you want a tattoo you need look no further.
