Crescent Cleaners

Awful, awful service. Took 2 coats in for cleaning. One came back with all of the toggles broken. The cleaners refuses to do anything about it saying it's not their fault even though the manufacturer says that they have never had this issue before. Rather than deal with the issue, they now want to send the coat to New York to have it 'analyzed' to see if thet did anything wrong. We are now without the coat for 4 weeks. Second coat was all leather. No quote for cleaning at dropoff, $90 dry cleaning bill at pick up for the one coat. Company is not customer focused and does not stand behind their product. You're better offusing Sanitary or Burke than Crescent.

Crescent Cleaners has always been good to me the service is excellent. The staff are nice and friendly. I would recommend Crescent to anyone in town, and some one who is visting the Quad Cities. Thank you Crescent

Very disappointed in the professionalism demonstrated by employees at Grant Street location. One employee described North Scott as the "country school", no regard for the fact that as a customer I might have ties to North Scott and therefore be offended. Another ignored my husband when he arrived at 6:00 pm to pick up our dry cleaning. I was still at work and he was trying to rush from his job to pick up some things we needed the next day. I can't imagine they would want to be treated this way if they were the customer.
