User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWow! Wish i'd read these comments before I was towed to this place! the service is awful, the employees are ignorant and you leave unsatisfied. The fact that the officer on the scene was able to tow my vehicle w/o even asking me if i had insurance was one thing, but to have to deal w/ a place like this after a situation like an accident is really overkill. these ppl have no regard for what you may have just gone thru, all they want or care about is what they can get out of it... either your money or your vehicle and possessions. They kept my cell phone, my portable dvd and ipod docking station (with ipod in it), my work materials and my daughter's girl scouts uniform and equipment... how low can you possibly get?
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible place!! I was in an accident and my vehicle was towed. The five employees including the owner were rude. This place must have had a deal with the city of Wauwatosa I guess, looks like the lower bidder won, and the people lost!! I can't really comment about the other services they provide, but the gentlemen that was ahead of me had his oil changed and wasn't very satisfied. Didn't do what he asked and high cost. I WILL NEVER EVER do business with them again.

beware of this place, they have an awful reputation for being every bad tow truck experience you have ever heard. i used them once and hope that no one else has to ever go through that abuse. brookfield has such wonderful tow and repair operations , I am shock they are allowed to stay in business
