User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI took my dog to get his nails clipped. When they brought him back to me he smelled really bad. On the way home we had to open our windows and we gave him a bath. I will never do business with them again.

I use to board my dogs at the animal motel for years. I will n longer board my dogs there. My dogs were brought to me smelly and very under weight, I would leave food and treats for them and all there treats were returned to me. Don, whom is the owner was rude mean and yelled at me. People if yu are looking to board your dogs here, do not, worst boarding motel to leave your loved one at.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have 2 Dobermans who have been there often. They stay in separate kennels but are taken out for playtime together. I've never had any problems and would recommend this place to anyone.

I have had similar experiences as you have, except my dog did not get his medication and almost died. The owner did nothing for me, said it was my fault in fact it was not. I thought I was leaving my dog in good hands, worst boarding place, Animal Motel
