    Used to be you could not find better than here, but it appears seeing they have a good reputation they are letting things slid. When buying 1/2 a cow, getting fattier meat, they must have gone with cheaper wrapping because meat freezer burns very easily. Bought the last 1/2 cow from them! There are other places who may not let their popularity go to their head.
