User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIt was hard to hear the movie over the very loud production box and the reeling of the film. The Theater itself is very nice tho it was hot one minute and cold the next. If you try to order something from the snack bar don't order the pretzel bites. They make one order at a time and then tell you to come back in ten min and then give them to someone else while you wait in line and do it all over again. They also count the number of pretzels in the container. I remembered why I don't go to this theater and why I go to marcus theaters. It was only because I got free tickets from general mills and fandango tho I would rather pay than get free anything from them again and enjoy the movie.

I agree stinky I have had better service at a funeral home, and Id bet the cost was cheaperas well. Go figure with all the state of the art renovations you'd think they would keep the bathrooms clean. It's worth the extra gas to travel a lil further. I express if you want good entertainment at a resonable price. Hwy 18 outdoor theater in Jefferson, WI. They might have fewer selections .But you still get double bang for your buck, The staff,service ,and snack prices are what the working famlies are looking for.

Horrible service from the kids that staff the ticket counters. Have seen "ok" service at the snack bar, but the 1st impression when you shell out your money for the privelage of interacting with these juveniles is that they'd rather not have you walk through the doors at the Star Cinema. WAY OVERPRICED. Drive on to one of the better places in Whitewater, Watertown, or Madison.
