I am the mother of a flower girl. They told us not to come in more than 6 months prior to wedding date. We came in about 4 1/2 months ahead, told it would be in in 3 months. When the end of the 3 months came, I called, they said it was shipped, and would be in in a week and a half. When that came and went, I called again, and was told "oh a few more days". A few days later they stated it was now on backorder. We are now 2 wks away from the wedding and still don't have the dress, and they refuse to refund my money unless the dress comes in after the wedding date. Hello! what are we supposed to do without a dress?!?! Every time we call we get different statements. When the bride called, she was told it was on back order until 2 wks prior, which would mean, we would be lucky to get it the day before the wedding! I wonder if they even have a computer in that shop! You would think the dress would be easily trackable, and we would not consistently be told different stories. If you need a flower girl dress, I would definitely go in at least 6 months ahead regardless of what they tell you.

This is where I purchased my wedding dress and the best part is they will store it for me as long as I want them to! I recommend everyone visit Stone Manor and use their seamstress services as well..amazing!
I had horrible service here. The "wedding consultant" did not know her products, and when I told her what I was looking for, she time and time again came back with the exact opposite. She also snapped on my bridesmaids because they were speaking at the same time, but they weren't even speaking to her. I would have Nancy fired ASAP, so she doesn't treat another bride this way again. I will never go back to this horrid place and will let everyone I know how horrible this place was. BTW, after my bad experience, I got into the car and went to Eva's where I did find and buy my wedding gown.

I understand you had a bad experience, but I had an amazing experience with Stone Manor. I think it is sad you let one sales person ruin the entire business for you, and hope that anyone else understands that any store can have bad employees. For example, I had a terrible experience at Eva's, I was there for an hour and a half, there were no customers in the store, and not one employee offered me any help.
I didn't want the sales person to ruin my day, because this is such a momentus time. I am sorry to hear you had a bad time at Eva's. Oh well, I guess the consultants were all having bad days when we went in on our days! I still stand by my experience though and shall never reccommend this horrific place to anyone.
