User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took a purse in for repair several weeks ago and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. Every time I call to check on the item, my item is not ready and I'm told to call back.
They have held my purse hostage for 6 weeks, with no end in sight. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere if you ever want to see your belongings back again.
