DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES eat at the Backyard Bistro though! Worst food I've ever eaten, and it's also very expensive. No joke, it really was truly terrible. The "chef" happens to be the owner's son, otherwise he'd have been fired long ago.

I READ THE MENUS FOR ALL THE "RESTAURANTS".DREADFUL.I REMEMBER WHEN!! OLLIE SIEBKEN OWNED IT AND COOKED 3 FABULOUS MEALS A DAY. SHE SERVED A 6 COURSE BRUNCH ON SUNDAYS,LUNCH AND DINNER IN THE "MAIN" DINING ROOM IN SEASON. LOCAL WOMEN BAKED THE BREAD AND MADE THE DESSERTS---USUALLY 12 OR MORE. THE CASUAL "TAVERN" THAT WAS FILLED DURING RACE WEEKENDS AND SERVED WONDERFUL SANDWICHES,HUGE DRINKS AND GREAT FUDGE CAKE. I GUESS THE "NEW SIEBKENS"IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE GRANDAUGHTERS TAKE OVER. THEIR MOM AND DAD WERE GREAT TOO. I HAVEN'T BEEN THERE SINCE 1985.
