User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI regret every day since this past summer that I had my car serviced at Heiser of West Bend. If I could rank their customer service on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I would give them a -10. I wish there was another star below awful that I could assign them. Heiser of West Bend likes to use the ol' Bait and Switch. I came in for an oil change advertised at a low price and they charged me for all kinds of "extras" that I did not want. When it was all said and done my bill was over $200.00 just for a frickin' oil change. I went rounds and rounds with their so- called "customer service" team and it was the worst experience dealing with customer service in my life. They were unwilling to admit their little scam and properly rectify the situation. Not only was their customer service team completely useless, they were also very cocky, confident, and comfortable in their incompetence. So please, before you go to Heiser, think twice. You might be the victim of their next little scheme.

Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac did an outstanding job at helping me find and afford my deam car. I have always wanted a CTS ever since Katie Walsh (hot red head from Greys Anatomy) did Cadillacs commercial for them! I wanted one in candy apple red, just like she had. I have found a few before but they were always WAY out of my budget. I had inquired about a red CTS on their website that I thought I wouldnt be able to afford. When I came in to test drive the vehicle I got to meet with Pao, the finance manager there. He worked really hard to get payments on a car I thought I could never afford into my budget range!! Now I have my dream car and look just like Katie Walsh in it! I not only recommend Heiser's vehicles, but I highly recommend financing through them.

I couldn't beleive the price that I got my new Cadillac for at this dealership. It blew everyone else's quotes out of the water. I was so pleased in fact, that I brought my son to the dealership last week to look for his first car. Once again, I was not dissapointed. They helped finance him, which I love. I want to see him start building his credit, and they went above and beyond to make this happen. I will be purchasing from them whenever I have the need for a new or used vehicle in the future, without question! Thanks again!!

I had the exact same problem when I went to the Heiser dealership in West Bend. I went for an oil change, they rushed me through my check in. They were misleading and fast talking when they came out to talk to me, next thing I knew my bill was over $250. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HEISER FOR ANY SERVICE WORK!!! You will leave angry! I also attempted to talk to their "service manager" and got no where fast. They act as though they are untouchable. It disgusted me that in this economy they would not have better customer service. I only hope this review will stop you from getting swindled just as I was.
