    I saw two 5 star ratings on Yahoo! for Schulteis when I needed my septic tank cleaned in an emergency, so I gave them a try. Jim Schulteis came out to the house the same day, was very friendly and helpful. The price for pumping my tank was competitive and Jim didn't try to sell me services I didn't need... in fact, he told me how to do some maintenance tips that actually cost him some of my business! Highly recommended.
