Arrogant salesman...obviously did not need the sale. Also did not take any time to answer my questions, would just tell me that they would make the payments work for me. Came up with outrageous figures. Made the car shopping experience horrible. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

hated it totally: I had a really good sales rep who like the others not knowledgable about the vechile . This was my worst experience by far with the finance dept. How about I took the truck home to find out that the financing didn't go through and that they wanted more money along with my trade in. They use companies that others are not familiar with. The finance rep said he did me a favor. NOT!!

HONDA IS GREAT, RUSS DARROW ISN'T: BAD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND. I WAS APROACHED BY 10 DIFFERENT SALESPEOPLE. SALESPERSON I DID WORK WITH DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCT. NEGOTIATIONS WERE WASTEFUL. LEFT AND BOUGHT AT OTHER HONDA DEALER.
