    Decided to take my Toyota to an Authorized Toyota Repair Center for brake line repair. TRUSTED them to perform "professional repair". Extremely painful experience. Summary: 30" of EASILY ACCESSABLE brake line replaced, 4 fittings, $485!, greasy floor mat, needed to bleed brake lines. Charged for parts used for first unsuccessful repair attempt. Would not budge to correct situation.

    Service Department was awful. Had a coupon that they lost and was charged full price. Never called when my vehicle was done.

    srevice use to be great now that new people are in the service dept. it sucks again. never call you to let you know what is going on with your car. when you call never know the answer or thinking they make one up . if i ever get my car back will never go back there and will tell everyone i know about the lousy service they have again.
