Went there two days ago. I called ahead and ordered a pizza for pickup. They said it would be an hour. I called at 6:00, and confirmed that it would be done at 7:00.
Well, I showed up at 7:00. It was very busy. And they told me it wasn't done yet. So I ended up sitting and waiting for 30 minutes! I was very irritated, but said nothing.
When my pizza was finally done, they gave me a gift card for a free pizza next time. How cool was that?
Now THAT is customer service!
Went to dinner with our son a few days ago for his 6th birthday as that is the place he wanted to go. You would think that the staff would acknowledge that it was his birthday since he was wearing a birthday hat, and that he had attempted to mention that to the staff on more than one occasion, but no such luck.
The pizza was nothing to brag about, and you would think that a staff would ask you if you needed water, drinks, etc, without having to ask the staff yourself.
I am one who caters to local businesses, but when those businesses don't cater to the customers, I don't care to ever return to this business.
The restaurant has a nice look inside, but the staff should really concentrate more on the customers versus staring at the television above the bar the whole night.
Tried their pizza last night. Nothing special. The other people posting need to get out and try other pizza places before delaring this place the best place ever. Try getting out of Saukville for better pizza - you don't have to look that hard and it's worth the drive. For Ozaukee County, Tomaso's is the better choice. Then try Transfer Pizzeria in Walker's Point or Pizza Man on the East Side or Classic Slice or Mama DeMarini's in Bay View. Try all of them and then honestly ask yourself if Riverview is the best ever. I doubt you'll say it is.
As for the wait staff, try tuning into your guests instead of the TV above the bar. Had to ask for things that an attentive staff would address.
