User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe ordered a piza from here about 5:10 pm all of a sudden 6:15 pm came around and still no pizza. We called them back and they said the kitchen fell behind. Then 6:30 pm still no pizza we tried to call back but they must of known our phone number cause they wouldn't pick up the phone. But when we used our cell phone they picked up right away. Then 6:45 came around and still no pizza so we drove there. They would not let us speak with the owner they said they could make us another pizza but would not give us a discount for waiting for almost 2 hours. So if u want quick good pizza try PEPI'S They r just as good and cheaper and they deliver faster. I could not believe the service that Papa Luigi's had given us. I would really recommend PEPI'S on Howell They r very good.!!!!!!!!!!! Thats probably why they have no stars cause they have bad service.

Newly decorated, it looks like a page out of Best Restaurants in America. And the food is better!!

Horrible Service / Aweful food!
We tried Papa Luigis for dinner and found the the wait staff to be very rude. The food was soggy and on top of it the place is going through a renovation and they didn't make our time enjoyable. It was like we were there to serve them, not the other way around. With so many other places to go - skip this one - its nothing but a disapointment!

Give me a break; this review knocks Papa Luigi's to the max and then they go nuts over Pepi's in another review posted the same evening after ordering one pizza. Things that make you go HMMMMMMMM.
Never once has Papa Luigi's never answered a call during business hours... really-because they knew it was you calling back? We have had a delivery issue once and when we brought it to their attention, they handled it right away and professionally. The owner and staff are very pleasant and it would appear that their focus is on good food and good customer service. I would highly recommend anyone checking Papa Luigi's Cudahy for themselves. The pizza is very good, and their specials and homemade soups are just as good.
