User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took quads in to get repaired and what should have been a month at the longest turned into 4 months on one and I took the other home with nothing done to it after 8 months. These jokers define incompetence! Even though they appear to be locals I dont think they speak English. I told them several time to fix my quad no matter what they cost and all they cared about was up selling. I would not wish these idiots on my worst enemy.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsbuyer beware: shauer's has some of the rudest customer service representatives that I have ever dealt with. every one of them looked down at me and talked to me like i was a complete idiot if i didnt want to drop a ton of money on the spot on my sled. I highly recommend that everyone stay away from this place, as not only are they rude, but their prices a re at least 10% higher than anyone else.

Wonderful Experience!: Schauer Powersports has been excellent in every way. I will be sure to buy my next motorcyle from these guys when the time comes. The Service Department is very thorough and efficient, the Parts Department is exceptionally helpful, and the Sales Department is very knowledgeable. My one and only regret is that I gave a less reputable dealership my sale, but I won't let that happen again....Schauer has made sure of that!
