I am currently having a problem with my Bosch Dryer. First it was a fuse, then after fixing that, another computer type problem happened. That was fixed and now back to the original fuse problem. Unfortunately I did not buy the dryer originally from Lyle's. I will say that have treated me top notch and are being very persistent to correct this problem for me. So far it has only cost me $125. I suspect there would be a little additional price at least for the parts..we'll see. I am very pleased, so far, and my next appliance will be bought from Lyle's...as long as prices are reasonably close to others'.
I purchased a Samsung DLP TV, 56" nearly 3 years ago from another dealer and have a recurring problem that Samsung agreed to furnish parts for and have the repairs done at Lyle's TV as they are an authorized dealer. The service department was very uncooperative, stating they have enough business with their own customers. And, even though they are an authorized repair center for Samsung, they declined the service order from Samsung leaving me faced with 190 mile round trip to the next center. I find this lack of community service appalling and have informed Samsung as such so they can be removed from their authorized list. I wish the rest of you better luck!
The reason this repair was refused,as is our right since we are a self servicing Dealer,was because we have a hard time collecting from Samsung after another dealer has serviced the set.The comment "we have enough bussiness with there own customers"is wrong.The customer should be upset with his Dealer for not providing service as we do for our customers.
