User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsHorrible Car Side: Usually, not always but most of the time, when you call for car side it starts out that they will put you on hold for 5 - 10 minutes. Once you finally place your order they will tell you that it will be ready in about 15-20min. Once you get there, it will be at least another 10min before they get out to your car with your food. One time we ordered car side and they even expected us to go inside and get it for outselves, nothing like CAR SIDE.
Most of the time the food is fresh.
Your better off either going to a different applebees or just eatting inside.
