This place is aweful, Take a ride to Libertyville and use their location just once and you will be AMAZED that these two locations use the same name. The two locations cannot be under the same ownership! Avoid this place to save your vehicles finish and your peace of mind. The oil change service is even more of a joke. I have a 2007 Toyota Tacoma and again thinking this place has to be great (moved from Libertyville and used the Car Spa there for 6 years, wash only), the Kenosha location gave me a laundry list of issues with the truck. Always have the truck serviced at Toyota for everything and my parents know the owners of Libertville Toyota. Took the list to Toyota and they laughed. The shop supervisor drove my truck out after 30 minutes of looking the vehicle over and told me the Kenosha location is a scam, he had never been there or even knew the place existed (he knew about Libertyville which he uses himself for detailing). He stated the list they gave me with estimate was insane (preice was over the amount the dealership would charge, which he laughed at. he said that was rare to see). Bottom line he said the truck was fine and told me not to worry at all about the list, nothing on the list showed any sign that the part or service was needed. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Best full service car wash in Kenosha. They also do great with the detailing services.
Im not sure what happened to this place, it was a very good place to get oil changes done. The last time I was here they kept trying to sell me parts I didnt need, and were being rather pushy about it.The vehicle I had taken in to get a oil change was being bought by someone the very next day, I only needed to have a mechanics inspection per the buyers request. When I took the vehicle to the mechanic I informed him that Kenosha car spa had insisted that these parts needed to be replaced. He could not find anything wrong with any of these parts. Also in the past I always wrote a check for services, they now refused to accept any checks for payment. I think there must be a new owner or something.
hopefully they will get their act together in the future. I wont be returning to find out if they do.
