I have had terrible service all 4 times I have carried out food from Luisa's. I keep going back because I do like their food, but after my last experience I will not go back. They are terribly under-staffed, un-friendly and never have your food ready when promised. The last time I went to pick up my food I waited several minutes for one of the four staff members to even acknowledge my presence. Finally I was able to pay my tab, but it was several more minutes following paying that I actually got my order. I received my order 40 minutes later than promised, with no "thank you" or "sorry for the wait". Also, when they did give me my order, I asked if they had included the side of extra sauce that I requested and the waitress justed looked at me funny and went to answer the phone. They have good food, and I can't comment on the sit down service as I have only carried out, but they need to better manage their establishment.

The owner is always on hand and very friendly. The Pizza's and Calzon's are to die for.
Small place but very efficient and the waitress staff is always friendly.
You will not walk away with out taking left overs home and reasonably priced.
Tuesday and Wedsday night's are Pizza special nights well worth the trip.
