By naming the restaurant "Omega" the owners wanted to convey that they're the last word in American cuisine. This is my Christmas Gifts this year: This is the Open Flame not Omega. New place new all together way better food
My server Colin was great very curtsies and made sure every thing was great for me in every way possible. I just cant describe the food its beyond words. I'm going to give this out to the people that are had to buy for and the ones that have every thing. I think every one should at least try this food once. There is such a difference in food not the normal run of food great taste great Variety. A MUST TRY
