    DR WAGNERS IS A TERRIFIC PLACE WITH AWSOME SERVICE AND A GREAT SELECTION OF GLASSES. THEY ARE EXCEPTIONAL AT TEACHING HOW TO WEAR CONTACTS! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND DR WAGNERS TO ANYBODY WHO ASKS!

    Do Not Shop Here!!!!
    Dr. Wagner's is a terrible place with terrible service. The employees were very rude. After I decided not to buy my eyewear there they never canceled the authorization they got from my insurance. So when I went to buy my glasses at a different optical store my purchase was rejected by the insurance because Dr. Wagner's never canceled their aurthorization. I called and they said they'd do it, but they never did. I had to go to the store, and they still brushed me off and said they'd do it when they had the chance. It is illegal to not cancel an authorization immediately after the customer does not make a purchase. Finally, I had to become very loud and make a stink before the manager very rudely got off her butt and took 2 minutes out of her day to cancel the authorization.

    Great place with knowledgeable staff! A year or two ago, I was a first time customer looking for a typical exam so I could get Lasik (not from Wagner tho-he doesn't perform it, lol) and not only did he help me make a transition from 10 years of gas perm contacts back to glasses (which is required to prep for Lasik) but even knocked off the extra fee to trim my otherwise thick lenses. Awesome

    Even after informing me that my eyes where too bad for Lasik (severe myopia), I was still happy to have worked with him and his staff and I think that you will enjoy the visit as well!
