PM Bedroom Gallery

We purchased a mattress costing over $4,000 from PM Bedroom Gallery; a Platinum Dreams Cabernet model. Three years later it's turned into the worst mattress we've ever owned. It never was what we'd hoped for and is now noticeably sagging with the "rolling towards the middle" feeling.

Contacted PM Bedroom Gallery who offered to attempt to firm up the sagging middle of the king size bed with what they called a "comfort pad." Having to correct a mattress with a pad later on doesn't equal selling a quality product to begin with. We didn't expect much since it was a 3-year old purchase but thought they might want to protect their "stand by our products which our built SO well" advertised reputation. We were only offered the pads. No partial refund or store credit which would've perhaps kept us as customers. We even offered the mattress back to them (for free) so the factory could analyze why it failed so soon. They refused this as well.

We thought the PM Bedroom Gallery brand and products would be better than the nation wide brands. We also thought the more money we spent on a mattress, the more comfortable we'd be. Both turned out to be false assumptions and we will no longer buy anything from them.

Our two cents, stick with a good nationwide "known" manufacturer. You'll pay less and probably be more happy. Another way we now look at it is spend less money now and plan to get a brand new mattress sooner; don't expect any mattress to last 20 years even if advertised that way.

amazing experience while exploring furniture at the schaumburg loc. The manager did a demonstration for me as he pulled out the dresser drawers and climbed into them to show how derable the furiture was. I was impressed yet not with the price....
If their was some kind of coupon out their or a sale!!!! I would invest in this quality furinture. As of now- it is over priced
