User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNot willing to go out of their way: I have went in several times to purchase a car, was denied every time stating my credit was not good enough, The third time i tried they wanted 3000 down and an interest rate (almost 30%) that was outstanding. Well needless to say went to Hartnell Cheverlet in Salem, Walked out with a brand new car with a 1000 down and 14% interest. Second time to Hartnell signed my name and left with other brand new car. Please shop around before you decide on Palmen they are only in it for the money and will not try their best to please the customer. Second time by the way was 9% interest and no money down.
