Boucher Chevrolet Hyundai in Waukesha

Not a good experience in the Service Dept. My car was making a whistling sound and they told me it would be a $100 for diagnostics. Fine. Then they called me and said that they couldn't find where the whistling noise is coming from, but they had me put on new brakes ($350). They then told me to come back if the "problem becomes more serious"....(if my car breaks down in the middle of the row maybe?)....service person was rude with and all he cared about was to take me to the cashier. Won't go there again - their service SUCKS.

Went to buy a Hyundai Elantra with a pre-approved price - approved by 3 managers and I had to leave a credit card # . Dealer at first refused me the mfg financing and when I pressed the issue raised the price $1200. I fortunately walked out with all the paperwork - other dealers I've shown it to said it should be a legal contract.
Went to Ewald and bought a KIA with no problems at all.

I've had absolutely great experiences there. It's been in several times, including for body work twice after accidents (car vs. deer!), and once for a major repair after a warranty failure. I've been treated great, given loaners several times, and their communication skills have been excellent.
