User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy mother was laid to rest at this cemetery on June 17,2006 and I always made sur that her resting place was always free of leaves,tree branches and had all her yard decorations (angels and lights)and pretty flowers planted. Then on April 2,2008 I recieved a phone call from my step dad stateing that all her stuff was gone, not just from my mothers but everybodies, apparently there are new owners and they decided that everyones decorations,flowers and statues had to go and I decided that this was not ok so I decided to file a class action lawsuit against this cemetery for this. This is totally unacceptable and I will get this in to our courts.

Can you email me I would like to know about your law suit. All my stuff was taken off the site also.
I am sorry to hear of your loss. The rules have been changed and no longer yard art at the cemetery. We do not have the time to lift the multitude of statues and such off graves as we cut and cannot stop the mower and go around each one who wants to care for their own. There are many other ways you can memorialize mom and I would love to help you find the way that would best suit you if you'd like to call the office. Again, I'm sorry for your loss. I hope we can find a way to help that satisfies both your needs as well as the Cemetery regs.
