| About: | Directions: The Bradley Center is located in downtown Milwaukee on 4th Street between State and Highland. I-94 and I-43 run very close to the Bradley Center. From I-43, take Broadway to the 4th Street ramp. The Bradley Center and parking will be to the right on 4th. Or, take the Civic Center/Kilbourn exit from I-94. Make a left turn at the first stoplight and continue two blocks to the parking lot at 6th and State. Parking: Parking structures are located at 6th and State or at 4th and Highland. Handicapped parking is also available. Oversized vans should contact the Bradley Center at (414) 227-0797. Box Office Numbers: The following is a list of phone numbers for recorded event information.(414) 227-0700. TDD for the hearing impaired (414) 227-0445. Box Office Hours: During the regular season (approximately October through April): Monday through Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday - facility is closed on Saturday and Sunday unless there is an event. For weekend events, the Box Office is open at least three hours prior to event start time, and one hour into the event. During the off season (May through September): Open Monday through Friday - 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM,remaining open on event days at least on hour into the event. Open only Saturday and Sunday if there is an event, beginning a minimum of three hours prior to the schedule event start and continuing at least one hour into the event. Please note that there may be a few exceptions to the hours listed above. If the Bradley Center has a special event that goes on-sale over the weekend or earlier than 10:00am during the week, they will open at the start of the on-sale and remain open until 12noon on the weekend and 2pm during the week. Types of Payment Accepted: The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Will Call: Will Call tickets can be picked up in the northeast corner of Lobby A during business hours. General Rules: Recording devices are not allowed. Children Rules: For the Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Admirals, Marquette Golden Eagles and most other events, no ticket is required for a child under two years of age who is sitting on a parents lap. The information provided is very detailed except for one thing. Handicap facilities, mainly parking, is extremely vague. Handicapped or disabled patrons like myself would prefer more detailed parking information in relation to the seating areas, the ticket counters and so on. There is a reason we are called handicapped or disabled, we do not like long distances between our transportation and the event, and the way you mention it above, it seems we have to park as far away as everyone else.
