Long Story Short: If you place an order for pickup, add 30 minutes to the time they give you or else go there and wait around with your free soda cup until they decide to make your food.

I thought I would give Pizza Shuttle a try this morning for the first time in a long time.
They have been around for years and have grown significantly in all this time.
I remember their sicilian pan pizza being the best pizza ever, and thought I would check up to see how it is now.

I placed a pickup order for a simple cheese pan pizza at 11:35 AM by phone, and was told it should be ready in 20-25 minutes.
Ok so I arrive at Noon and pay for my pizza. The cashier goes to grab it from the kitchen except its not there.
I was told 5-10 minutes and I got a free soda cup.

Then I overhear someone asking where is order 64 (my order), so they actually hadn't even begun making it still. So then I'm trying to get the free pizza shuttle wifi working on my phone at least while I wait, but it requires some username and password that I can't find on the hundreds of posters on every inch of the walls.

By 12:20 PM of course I give up and ask for a refund, which gladly wasn't a problem.
The cashier giving the refund tells me it takes 30 minutes to make a sicilian pan pizza, something they could have mentioned when I ordered.
I was offered one of the dried out pizzas that sit out in the heat box for when people order just a slice.
The pepperoni fat was leaking down from the top pan to the other slices, thx but no thx.

Question is, why didn't they just tell me it would be 30 minutes to make it when I placed the order.
Or why didn't they actually start making the pizza at some point during the 20-25 minutes.
Or how about why after I'm there they didn't just tell me the pizza just wasn't going to be ready.

For a restaurant that has such a huge menu, and such a high traffic rate, and delivers just about anywhere in the city, how could they not have a handle on such a simple thing as a pickup order.
I can't comment on the food because I left with only a soda cup.

Ugghh...where to begin? The pizza is doughy, undercooked, and bland. Which might be acceptable when sober, except that it took over an hour to get it when they're only three blocks away. Only an option when drunk or stoned. By the way they forgot my order, appears they believe the same.

Being from Chicago, the pizza capitol of the world. . . we know pizza. We ordered delivery New Year's Eve. . . .and if that was pizza, I never want pizza again!!!! The thin crust was greasy, with very little sauce. The Sicilian style was a little better, but it was still worse than the worst pizza we have had in the Chicago suburbs. If you want pizza in Milwaukee, the only suggestion we have is to avoid The Pizza Shuttle!!!!
