User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCaptain Install has the worst service in the state of Wisconsin. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They are money hungry. I have had to take my SUV in to them at least three time a years for the last 3 years. The install was redone is still does not function correctly (additional charges applies). The installers are not certified or qualified on installation, only the owner James who is never in. They do not stand behind there work. I will never ever return nor will I recommend this company for installs on Pioneer or Python. Don't fall for the quote because there is hidden charges that will magically appear during or after the sloppy install.

The Worst Exp i ever had in my life: I went to this place to get my bluetooth car kit installed. their prices are much higher than Dealer price, that is ok.
I took my Honda CRV 2007 EX-L and they said they can install bluetooth car kit in a fly. they made me to visit their shop 4 times and at the 4 time they said they cant do it and they said they can install with an external Speaker (without making use of the Audio speaker and muting system) which we can do it in 10 mins. At last after 2 hrs of discussion, they returned the money for the Carkit but not the Installation fee (they charged me for their research.) and i strongly recomend no to go to this place for any car kit install. 
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOutstanding service: I would have to say this was one of the best and easiest places to deal with. Nice haggle free selection of audio equipment, and quick service with a smile. Made one call had my car in and my windows tinted without an appointment. The car looks great and so far no problems with the tint not that I am worried with the life time guarantee they provide. I definately recommend for all of your aftermarket autmotive needs.
