Initially our instructor booked a couple of lessons for my son and then quit. Then it was 2 weeks before we could get in with the new instructor and appears we can only book 1 lesson every 2 weeks. Good luck getting your behind the wheels in unless you have 6 months to work with! Oh...and the lady in the office is rude. I wish I would have went to Arcade!!!

I registered my son for class this summer and paid by credit card. The week before, we cancelled (prior to the stated deadline) and intended to register again at a later date. I left several messages and they reluctantly agreed to the refund minus the $50 fee. It is almost 3 months later and I have still not gotten the refund. Now when I called for the past 3 days, the receptionist says "I will give them the message, but I can't guarantee they will call".

Initially we had an awful experience with the school...my daughter ended up with an instructor who repeatedly cancelled appointments and did nothing (according to her) to teach her. It was apparent she needed lots of work. Then the instructor quit or was sacked and the school manager ( I believe) took her out for a couple lessons (even on a Sunday!) . Unbelieveably, she passed her driver's test on the first try! I am sure that was due to follow up lessons. Moral: Check out the instructor teaching your child!
