Why did I think it would be different this time?: I have loved Wendy's ever since a kid, but this location ruins my appetite for the entire franchise. Today's experience topped the worst list. My first mistake was to go during busy time. The people waiting in the wings for their orders should have been enough to convince me not to stay, but I insisted on getting my classic double w/cheese and fries. My food arrived faster than expected, but people ahead of me were still waiting. In the 5-10 minutes I was in line, I heard a man ask a worker why he is not helping the others when so many people are waiting for food? His response, "You can wait as long as you want!" The gentlemen that waited on me was not as rude, but when I got my food it was undercooked (burger) and old (fries). There were two empty ketchup dispensers, of which I made a point to mention. The person I mentioned it to did not think to ask me if I would like some packets, so I eventually asked for those as well. While force-feeding my meal and vowing never to return, I saw multiple people come in from the drive through with the wrong menu items. As the waiting line grew longer, I felt it was my responsiblity to tell my fellow citizens not to waste their time and energy only to be disappointed as I was. I managed to convince a handful of people to eat "anywhere but here, unless you want to be disappointed as I am." I won't even begin to discuss my feelings on the manager's role in all of this, as she was clearly not impressing the quality of good service on any of her team. Do yourself a favor, and go spend the extra dollar or two for anything but this Wendy's. Don't say I didn't warn you....
