We eat here about once a year. My wife didn't want to get dressed, so we ordered two breakfasts to take out. We never liked that their prices are not posted. When I called, I got put on hold--for TEN MINUTES--then disconnected! I called again. When I got the food, I had to ask for syrup (I had pancakes); we got NO condiments, utensils, or napkins! The pancakes tasted burnt; the syrup was watered down. My wife (a light, diabetic eater) thought that we were shortchanged on egg content [our omelettes were supposed to be 3 eggs each]. Our hash browns were in part hard and overcooked. The eggs were made with processed cheese but at least tasted good.
The last time we ate there in person, we also noticed that the seats were dirty, and that it took a long time to get our food. IHOP is considerably better, in every meaningful way.

This was by far the worse dining experience of my life! The pancakes were disgusting and I bit into my sausage and it was raw. I'm getting nausous just thinking about it. Needless to say, I will never in life eat there again.
I am very mad...... I spent $30.00 and should have had a decent meal! There is a big opening in the smoking section...so, even the non-smoking area must inhale smoke! The place was very filthy and the seats don't match. I was afraid to use the restroom. My cup was covered in soap scum and dirt...the silver-ware was also filthy. My wife found hair in her eggs! You be the judge!! This place needs a total rehab!!
But my server was very nice...
