THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE!!! They really reel you in with their fantastic salesman and awesome finance department....BUT lets hope you dont need any kind of service work done. When we bought my 2009 Journey I knew I wanted a remote starter. The wonderful salesman found everything else I wanted on it except that. He said no big deal our great service dept would be happy to install it....... I loved it so much that finally about 2 weeks later I called to make the apt. and then the day my boyfriend took i tin and got a shuttle ride home they called me and asked ......Did anyone call you to confirm we had all the parts? .....Duh NO WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME..THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT YOU PUT YOUR GARBAGE OUT ON TIME....yeah right!! I had a hard time taking my car in because I loved it so much...at this time I was helping my dad painting and restoring his house an hour away every weekend. I never had any worries about my NEW CAR!! I had already put 2000 miles on it and no problems......then i take it on May

Experience with service department: I have been dealing with Dodge City South for almost 10 years. Last saturday I brought my truck in for service on the air conditioner at 9:30 a.m. At 10:30 .am. they called me back, stating $342.00 plus 7 hours labor $1142.00 total. At 1:42 p.m. service called me back, stating the truck was complete. Doing the math, that is 3.25 hours plus parts. At $92.00 per hour labor, the grand total should have been around $672.00. My bill was for $1143.00 and change. I feel strongly I was ripped off $471.00. I called the service dept. back. They were no help what so ever. Like I said before, I have been dealing with Dodge City for almost 10 years, and for this they will never see my business again. Also, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau...

If a company like Chrysler says that it normally takes 7 hours for a job, BUT the mechanic is outstanding, then why should the fast and efficient mechanic get penalized? This customer does not understand that he should be grateful that whomever worked on his vehicle was quick, and DESERVES, like a DR. who completes a task early and charges the full price for the job well done, the full amount of pay! Why rip off the mechanic when he has done nothing but service to the best of his ability and move onto servicing the next one who needs his great assistance???? Next time they should just let his car sit and rot on the lot finished early...but they wont---and some ppl., like this person, will never understand!

Why should you pay someone for 7 hours of work if it only takes them 3 and half to do it? That is nothing but a rip off. I can say it will take me 6 hours to change a tie rod when in reality it only takes about 45 minutes. And this is why I hate the mechanics to begin with. Getting paid by the hour is terrible because they can take their time and it will only cost you more. Paying somebody $92/h is a joke.

I also had my vehicle looked at. And they called me with a price of 250.00 to "change" a fuse and I flat out and told them it was a rip off and I can do this a local shop for 20 bucks. Guess what happened he called me back to pick up my vehicle and only charged me $85 dollars and he changed the fuse. So if mister real estate thinks that if the mechanic does an outstanding job then you take your vehicle there and spend $400 dollars more for what you are not going to get and you shouldn't be able to attack a person that knows he should get better quality service for what he is paying for. But who are we talking to here, oh yes that's right to a real estate person who probably also over charge people for a service.

They earn thier 5 star rating: We recently bought our 6th car from Dodge City South in Milwaukee and we would go back again. Thier sales staff is friendly, helpful and no pressure. Thier service department is helpful and trustworthy. We bring our car back there for most all of our service needs. Thier general manager does his job, he works well with the customers and does what he can to get you into the car you want. I would recommend this dealership highly!
