I stopped at this McDonalds after 8 long hours at customer service work and having to rush and get my daughter who was ill and her 6 year old son. we thought that this would be a really convenient and enjoyable meal for all of us. My surprise was when I entered the resturant. It was a very busy time. It was 6:00 in the evening and there was the expected rush of people as this was Friday. The young improperly trained and noticably irritated (girl) who took my order was clearly unable to handle the pressure. She was doing the ignorant facial and neck movement which irrated me but I had to pretend that she was acting intelligently because I did not want to have my food tampered with. She was plain rude to my 6 year old grandson who was asking about the toys that were available. She actually ignored him and he could not hear her as she was talking under her breath. If it were not for a young man who I believe was a manager I would have asked for my money back and left. I just want to know one thing. Will I have to endure this type of treatment again when I decide on a quick meal again. Just so you know there were otheers who were not happy with her behaviour but I'll bet they don't let you know. She was also the only one who was taking our orders at the counter.

It doesn't matter if the person is new or old at that McDonald's. I went there more than one just to give them the benefit of doubt but they prove me wrong each time. I feel if a person don't feel they can handle the pressure of dealing with people they should not work in a place that puts them in that position.
