Broadway Baby Dinner Theater

We returned for our fifth visit to Broadway Baby on Sun. 3/5 but we were treated so badly we will never return. This was a shame because the waitress tried very hard to please the customers but clearly the manager intended to anger most everyone she encountered as we could see that we were all a bother to her or clearly not the customers she wished to serve here. We were cheated out of $25 on a coupon as were several other people. It is a shame that the performers put on an excellant show and it is overshadowed by a manager who is too foolish to even try to make a reasonable attempt to satisfy several customers with a valid complaint. In the future we will stick to places that want our busines.

We have been here many times before and always enjoyed ourselves until 3/1/09. This is the last trip we or anyone we talk to will ever make to Broadway Baby. We purchased buy one get one free coupons through a radio promotion in the amount of $25 each and there was nothing saying we could only use one per visit and the earliest date we found to use the coupons was 3/1/09 and they expire 3/7/09.
We were told when making reservations that only one coupon could be used at a time. We felt there had been some oversight and we could resolve it with the manager at the theater that day but when we asked to see the manager we were told she would not come out
to talk to the customers and there was nothing they were willing to do to make us repeat customers happy as we felt cheated. There were 5 tables who were all dealing with the same problem so this was not an isolated incident. Eventualy the manager graced us with her presense when it became apparent that several checks were not going to be paid until she came and explained her position. She explained that the radio station printed the coupons wrong and we needed to take this up with them as she would do nothing for any of us. The one couple was told they could not use any coupon because they did not say they had any at the time the reservation was made.
Along with all the other trouble we had we also had the slowest and poorest service I have ever seen. Our meals took over two hours to serve and our dessert was served well into the second act. This was the worst management of wait staff I have ever seen.
We tipped our waitress generously as we felt sorry for her as she tried but had no support. It is too bad how low this place has become because we always enjoyed ourselves until this new management style came to be.
