She is a manager that is present on the floor to assist all customers!! I am extremely pleased with this store, exciting to see young people there working and learning. The work ethic and experience they are learning from upper management is uplifting for our community!! Your the Rock of the Home Depots in this city!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starstrying to call the kitchen remodel department called 3 times and still no one came to phone. the # i dailed a man from the tool department. he transferred me. Not sure if anyone knows what they are doing. Your phone should forward to main office if no one picks up. where is the customer service at????? very fustrating

This store is aweful. We live blocks from here in Shorewood and prefer to drive to Grafton/Mequon. It is rediculous that this place is still even open. Its filled with people with attitude who would rather not be working at all.
