Chef James (Jimmy) Jackson began his career working for his father at "Ray Jackson's Restaurant" on Bluemound Road. It was at Ray Jackson's that he earned a culinary apprenticeship under Master Chef Jahn Kramph and went on to distinguish himself at several other local restaurants throughout Milwaukee. He has collaborated on five cookbooks and is rated one of Wisconsin's "Top 30 Chefs."
