Mr. Boyland obviously does not care about his name or reputation. I would live in a different city too, if I treated people the way his business does. His general manager Frank which represents him to the customer is rude pushy and belongs in a used car movie. Insulting your customer and laughing about it, is inexcusable. Certainly not excused by stating "that's my sense of humor"
WOW⦠I just bought my new car from Boyland, my experience there was great sales person was very polite and friendly and I love the way he knew every little detail about the car I bought, finance was very nice and fast she was great ill do business with her again anytime. One I was done in finance my sales person showed me around the dealership and showed me were I needed to come for parts and service if ever need. Over all I am glad I bought my car from a great dealer with such great service I would definitely refer anyone to purchase their next car from Boyland Honda.
This was the worst experience car shopping I have ever had. Take all of the negative reviews posted on this site into consideration before buying or dealing with this company. I was lured into this dealership for a van that was listed on autotrader, carsoup and their own webpage as one price but then once I was in the dealership was told that the price was actually $1400 higher than all three webpages had listed and that the vehicle was not certified when I was told by 2 salesman that it was certified. After fielding my complaints to the internet sales director, I was passed off to the general manager who took 4 days to return my 4 phone calls and 2 emails. Basically, he informed me that there was a "pricing issue" with the company that builds their webpage and that the company is no longer doing work for them. He did not however, have any explanation for the pricing on both carsoup and autotrader. After I presented the printouts I had from all 3 webpages as well as email documentation of the certification, they were still unable to honor the price that I was "lured" into the dealership with. Bait and switch tactics galore in this company. I have since purchased a Honda from a local, service oriented dealer who has made Boyland Honda look like a bunch of slimeballs selling knock-off purses out of the trunks of their cars. Don't do it people, it is not worth the hassle or the run-around.
