I purchased my Escape from NorthPoint after searching for one on the internet. I had looked on every website possible for the exact one I wanted. When I still couldn't find it Chris, the Internet Manager there contacted me. He helped search for the exact Escape with all the options I wanted! Chris and the managers at NorthPoint went above and beyond what any other dealership was willing to do to help me find the dream car I wanted!

So I bought a car from the Toyota dealership, and the Northpoint Dealership was closer to my house. So I went there, and their service was just as great as the Toyota store. I am always impressed with how amazing each and every dealership is in the Heiser line. Well done!

From the beginning, my experience with Heiser was fantastic. When I first inquired about a vehicle, I was responded to within the hour. I received all of the info. that I requested through one email and a phone call. When I arrived at the dealership, my sales person was waiting for me(how nice), and we got right to business, without having to jump through hoops or play games. I purchased my current vehicle through them, and most likely will in the future as well.
