    I just want to say kudos to First National Bank & Trust. I recently opened an account at the branch on Inman. Although I was not offered a gift, the customer service, and the pleasant demeanor of the employees was fantastic. I would personally like to thank the manger Gary, Gyda, Sherry, the tellers and all employees at that location. Thank you for making my banking experience so wonderful. You have restored my faith in what customer service truly is. I have recommend to everyone within ear shot to do their banking with First National Bank & Trust. Your organization could truly show those large conglomerates how business is really done. The City of Beloit if very fortunate to have you. Thank you again
