User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsValet Cleaners - Racine, WI: My experience began as a request for alterations to 6 pairs of pants. The pants were ALL done wrong, not following requested instructions, and was some of the sloppiest sewing I have ever seen - and I was charged $67 for the mess. When I returned the pants to be properly fixed I was spoken to quite rudely (as if I were wrong and the pants were perfect). I also had to wait while the manager took a personal phone call not even related to business. After a second try with the pants, they are just as bad as when I first picked them up. Service was bad, quality was bad, an overall terrible experience with a very unprofessional shop. I will never use their services again.
