    Although they did not have the Liberty I was looking for, they were able to find one at another dealership - out of state - and bring it to Racine for me. Best overall buying experience ever. I will review the service department after my first appointment. I'm hoping it will be 3,000 miles from now!

    My experience at Palmen Dodge was exremely positive. I have never been to an auto dealership that treated me like a human being and not a piece of meat dangling on a hook until my experience here. Eric, my salesman was great-he is nowhere near pushy. Joe the finance guy worked very hard to get an affordable payment. All of this for a used car-very cool. We never bickered about price and they never tried to put the screws to me. They never once whined "but we're not making any money on this deal" like so many other dealers. I left with my dignity and my wallet in tact and felt very satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen! Thank you Palmen!!!!!
