User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsStopped by to look at a couple different vehicles. Salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I thought their offer for our trade in was initially low (I know what a shocker), but got corrected after some discussion. Also when they initially brought me back the first offer they had the financing offered at 4.9% even though 3.9% was what the current incentive was. I informed them of what I saw on the Subaru site and they corrected it. Unfortunately we couldn't agree on a price so I walked (they didn't come off the MSRP one penny for a 2009 Forester). I'm sure the better trade in price that I negotiated contributed at least partially to their stance on the MSRP, but the trade in value was merely the blue book value (trade in price) so it's not like I got a kings ransom for it. Wish I could've given the salesman I worked with the sale he earned it. The true rating is probably 3.5 stars. 5 stars for the salesman and 4 stars for the sales manager I worked with since there was no pressure and it was a negotiation between adults with very little game playing. I'd give it 2.5 stars for the value since I negotiated with 4 other Subaru dealerships and 2 didn't initially move off the MSRP, but the other 2 were very willing to move off the MSRP. I didn't try and trade in the vehicle at the other dealerships (sold it for $1250 over what they offered for a trade in) so I don't know how that would've altered my negotiations with the other dealers if I tried to trade in my car at any of them.

Very fast paced. Helped me find the exact vehicle that i was looking for. Great Service. Shuttle picked me up and they had the vehicle waiting right when I got there. 5/5 stars from me.
